Insanity Workout/HIIT Cardio In General?

Hi everyone

What is everyone's thoughts on HIIT cardio, even a more extreme version of it, like the Insanity workout, from a looksmax perspective? It's not made for building muscle, but I think if some weakcel did it with good effort, there's no way in Hell they wouldn't build muscle. Also I assume it will torch body fat. I've done Insanity awhile ago, but then I got unhealthy and lost my fitness, but that's unrelated and for another thread.

Thoughts?

i dont think hiit vs liss are going to reallly looksmax you outside of burning some fat.

However, I believe every individual should be doing LISS, as it has advantages over HIIT in majority of cases.

Every Chad I have known had a big aerobic engine. And of course you can build high intensity stuff on top of a big aerobic base.
