I recognize that but the training is for dopamine and to not self destruct bucko. For example I play football because I have passion for the sport not because I am actively trying to find a toilet.

Lifting walking and yoga/tai chi?
Football, walking, bodyweight lifting & some form of active yoga is my favorite. Playing football shirtless in the scorching sun doing freestyle moves is so freeing and makes you forget you are incel since you are so focused
