I remind myself to put out maximum effort consistently, but still fail a rep or two here and there.

After remembering “It’s okay bro. What matters most is face, height, frame, bodyfat%, and pheno” the resentment goes away a little bit.

Tbh, going like 80-90% hard on your workouts is more than enough, it still gets great results

Oh yeah I hope we’re clear. Maximum or near-max effort until it feels like the next rep won’t make it.

Face+height+dick size is all it takes
 
before being blackpilled, i thought supplements, jelqing, surgeries, gymcelling were overboard and not necessary

now, i'm downing multiple supplements and looksmaxxing in every possible way in hopes of gaining a 0.25 PSL point.
