Is it a good food

In moderation, sure. If you want healthy bread, eat high grain, otherwise you’ll just gain weight.

it's peasant filler slop, but a nice sourdough quality slice from time to time is alright

Devoid of any nutrients
Contains gluten and gliadin which are inflammatory
Full of starch which breaks down into sugar and spikes your blood sugar which in turn spikes your insulin, making weight loss impossible
Contains gliadorphin which makes you addicted to it
Most breads contain seed oils, which are also extremely inflammatory

It increased gut permeability, meaning it literally shreds holes in the intestinal lining, in all participants tested, no exceptions. (No one is evolved for it).

This causes undigested food particles to leak into the blood stream, which causes a body wide immune response damaging and aging the entire body.

Flower pre-1970 had a lower gliadin content, and was much heathier. In 1970, Norman Borlaug selectively bred short grain wheat, which had a higher yield (lower grow time), which drastically lowered global starvation. He won the Nobel piece prize for this.

This was a good thing, except for the higher gliadin content, making it inflammatory (very unhealthy). This short stalk wheat, because of higher yields is now the dominant wheat and it is very hard and expensive to get the older healthy kind of wheat. If you're some millionaire, you could probably find some one to ship it in for you, but it's not something you just pick up at the grocery store.

The other unhealthy thing about increased gut permeability, is the holes don't instantly disappear after you eat it. Meaning for days, and possible weeks afterwards, more and more undigested food particles leak through, shredding the holes and making them bigger, causing more and more inflammation damage, even if you completely cut out wheat products. If you fast, or if your body is very healthy it will eventually close up and heal the holes, but the damage even a small amount of bread, or slice of pizza can cause is cataclysmic.

Word.

Bread is one of the most unhealthy things in the grocery store. It's not even food, it's straight poison.

Is this for bread in general??

Wtf strawberry bread how's that's even possible
you can make bread from any type of fruit if you just add it instead of water.

I usually chuck the fruit in the oven for a bit so it becomes mushy and easier to mix, works with mangos, works with strawberries, works with bananas, I even tried kiwis but that didn't taste good, also works with orange juice, probably with lemon too I'll try that soon.

Gliadin is a part of Gluten, so Gluten free bread won't have this inflammation effect from gliadin.

Some examples of healthier gluten free bread are, breads made from rice-flower, or Colliflower. Technically you can make bread from multiple things.

It's the bread made from Wheat that's the most unhealthy (Which is most breads). Even whole wheat is unhealthy.
(But whole rice is healthy. So it's important not to just assume all grains are bad. Only wheat is bad, and only modern wheat. Brown-Rice Flower is good.)

Nah its not. I always eat 1 harsha/rgefa for breakfast and the some bread for dinner

Just make sure you are getting your daily 100g of protein. Buy the new dun up Chergui of protein, it has 72g of protein and only 550 calories. You can even buy one a day for 35dh and divide it into 2 days. Rest should come from eggs and meat and fish, and just don't do calorie surplus unless you want to bulk.
