Is it even worth getting more than 1 ML of undereye filler

I will need at least 3 ML of filler to fill in my hollow undereyes completely and make me look super youthful. I have very deepset eyes. I can’t get a fat graft surgery plus I’ve heard the results are impermanent

What could go wrong with just using fillers for the undereye region?

The arguments against filler are:

• Visible results are temporary
• Migration of the filler to other areas of the face, which can result in a puffy face look as you keep refilling the under-eyes (and it keeps migrating)
• Cost (as a consequence of the visible results being temporary, and thus having to be re-filled)

if you need that much, you should look into getting implants.
