is it normal in chin tucks?

i do a hard chin tuck for about a minute a couple of times a day.

when i do it, it is always the same: abstract shapes, solid warm colour filling my eyes, euphoric feeling in the brain, then i go blind for about 3 seconds, then i see lines of white light falling from the sky like in tetris for about 2 minutes and minor visual hallucinations like my door being opened or closed by someone for about 30 minutes.

is it just pressure on the eyes or do i have some type of nerve damage?
