You look like a very messy HTN, shave yourself clean, get some colour in your skin it looks a bit dead (eat some carrots bhai), your under eye bones don't look like dogwater so maybe try some more mainstream stuff to treat them.

Your chin doesn't look recessed but it has 0 projection, bad chin angle basically. Usually genio/implant/filler alone will ascened that. Maybe look into widening it through a more square implant, filler sculpting, or three way genio but sliding alone should also help it.

Maybe tint your brows just a smidge too but that's a nitpick.

You can probably fit the same archetype with the right changes.
