For example if you would rub on your face a cream or solution with vitamins D3 or K2, could they get get absorbed and cause the facial bones to grow? On the Ray Peat forum, a guy claimed he took vitamin K2 and D3 oral drops and developed tori mandibularis in his mouth - a bony growth.
