Is this a decent skin care routine (if not please tell me what to use instead)

Ok so my skin is really dry and I have dog shit aging genes (dad looks in his early 60s at 55 JFL) and I have a skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris (u may know it as Chicken Skin)

I still have yet to buy these, my price range is about 50 dollars/40 pounds assuming they will last me 1-2 months.

Night:
CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser
CeraVe Retinol Serum (Wednesday and Saturday)
CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion
