vitamin c serum once a day
sun screen daily apart from winter
drinking 2-3l a day
moisturizer 2x daily
cleanser 1x daily
sport 5x a week

do i need to add dermarolling and/or tretinoin?

its good but you need to add other things like no sugar, no friends besides this one on the forums (because real life friends looksmin you with alcohol) no job because work stress age you as well

i dont smoke, drink, only eat fruit sugar from real fruits and barely have any stress (yolo lifestyle at work)

Some of this shit is unnecessary. The only thing you need is melatonin production (which you only get from sleeping at certain hours without disturbance), diet consisting of wide variety of minerals and vitamins, stop eating shit that causes ibs, dont have dry flakey skin and invest in hydrating creams/oils, exercise, only use sunscreen when necessary, avoid having fluctuating weight (losing 10kg,then gaining 10kg then losing 10kg again then gaining it again) since that leads to loose skin, exfoliate only once a week, avoid pulling your face on your pillow when sleeping (huge cause for wrinkles on the eyes).

Meanwhile for procedures: to get rid of deep lines just do the co2 laser and for hollowing get fillers like sculptra.

Tret and sunscreen every day even if you don't go outside + in winter is the ultimate staple for me. Apart from that, good diet, avoiding shitty foods and I've found that putting pure GHK-cu on your face and hair is the best way to use it. i.e., mix the raw powder in a vial and drop it onto your face with the syringe. Injecting isn't as good and the old reverseskinaging serum isn't as strong.

Tret 0.05 cream + SPF every day and GHK-cu is probs the best anti-aging stack. Then diet, sleep, nutrients etc matter. Tried literally everything so this is just where I'm at rn

Never skip sun protection. There is still UV radiation in the winter. I’d also recommend fasting, it will slow aging.
