Its bc I have some asymmetry too, but not as noticable.

His left eye literally looks like its 2 cm lowe than the right so... it is very noticable, at least to me.

Other than that, whith all the autists here spamming male model pics everywhere with great symmetric faces, the dude in op stands out immediately.
