1) AI's are always dangerous during puberty only dosing hgh is enough and will get you up to even 8cm increase in final adult height. Results are dependent on dosage and how early the treatment starts.

2) Not all steroids are the "same", they are a class of chemicals that are synthetic hormones. Different compounds that are considered steroids will yield different side effects and results.

3) MK667 is a ghrelin mimetic so it only produces growth hormone which signals the liver to produce IGF-1 as a side effect, it is not as effective is pharma grade or ugl hgh. It will not have the same sides too as it works under a different path of action.

GH therapy will most likely add up to 8-10 cm ( or about 3 inches ) to your final height which is still really good. Possibly saving someone from being 5ft6 to being 5ft8 or having someone going from 5ft10 - 6 ft .5 inch
