lower than average inhibitions and no mental conditions

My ability to speak has been steadily declining for years because I have no one to speak to except for boss at work or professor in college. This isn't usually more than greetings, "got it" or yes tier responses to commands, or simple questions like "do you know where x is".

The last time I had a real conversation, as in, more than several lines back and forth with someone, was years ago. Maybe some time before covid?

Because of this whenever I open my mouth to say even a word, it makes it clear I am extremely non NT, if anyone couldn't tell from body language, vibes and face.

how to fix this? Or at least stop verbal abilities from declining even more by the time I can acquire enough to face to socialize and go outside

Just force conversations with people in general; however be aware when I say force I simply mean just striking a conversation whenever you get the chance to, speak to people face to face or even just over the call on discord and other apps. But I’d say if you use the technology to practice, understand it’d be you preparing to strike practice your speaking skills with people in real life.

The biggest thing that could make it easy is knowing people really do come and go.

start by asking questions to people, and slowly train your brain. alternatively cyproheptadine before bed and phenbiut. lowering glutamate levels also help

join a sport, volunteer at some place, try to find in yourself something genuinely interesting about others.

join some advocacy group in your uni

socialising is a learned skill like any other unless you are genuinely autistic.

Touch grass lol.
