Afghanistan could have been white
Pakistan could have been white
India could have been white

All these 4 countries had Aryan tribes invading and settling. If only those areas were empty before Aryans arrived or Aryans carried diseases that wiped out the subhuman brown populations like the Anglos did in north America.
