that means non gymcelled body and not too lean
non groomed beard, mainly avoiud "designer beard" (not too long, not too short)
messy hair, make sure non clipped back and sides (ideally thick and curly)
masculine thick, rough tanned skin
non perfect teeth but great smile
body hair especially upper chest area that shows when you wear a tank top/ v neck
dark under eye circles
baggy old looking clothes or dressed down shirt
NO OVERSTATED FEATURES that can be perceieved as fake

then just let your height, pheno, eyes and big nose shine through while effortlessly mogging tryhard narcs

most women are incredibly dirty and skanky and dont want some ken doll who doesnt like to get his hands dirty
