Eating what regular people eat, esp in a calorie deficit. My family's cooking from my estimates is like 0.3 g per lb for my caloric intake. I need to literally eat a whole tub of fat free Greek yogurt everyday to get even close. Lol

It does restrict your diet if you're aiming for a calorie deficit tho.

I can easily eat my bodyweight in protein while on a severe caloric deficit. Eggs, chicken breast. You can also eat just the egg whites for an ultra low calorie protein source.

Besides, it's a meme that you need 1g per lb of bodyweight. 75% is fine.

Learn to cook instead of expecting mommy to make you the right food

You want diet 2:3 fat to protein. Only animal fats and protein. 1 gram protein to 1 lb body weight is a recipe for disaster.

Yep a cycle will make your body hyper efficient at processing protein. Your diet can be absolutely shit and you'll pack on muscle.

Just remember.. your body will always be a reflection of your mind & habits. You may juice up now and look OK but you can never escape the mind/body mirror. It always catches up. I haven't met a single person who didn't have existing discipline and habits that looked great after juicing or stayed muscular for long after.

Get your diet in check.. trust me. Not hard either.
