The doctor (paul ruff) used too long of a vertical lengthening chin implant and didn't use jaw angle implants that dropped down enough. i am guessing that u meant to say "inarguably" and in that case
every plastic surgeon will tell you with facial implants that you will "see an improvement, but it is not possible to tell how that improvement will turn out"
the soft tissue's response to any implant is SO hard to characterize. u might design a jaw implant that isn't wider than the zygos but then it turns out that it is when its placed in ur face. now u have to either get zygo implants or shave down the jaw implant
etc
but yeah the dude who has it is happy so that's good for him, and he went up at least 1.5 PSL points in my opinion (3 - 4.5)
