implants are not normie surgery, fillers are normie surgery only if they are used to hide wrinkes.
fillers used to fraud bones are legit to realize how you would look with an implant.

as regards to osteotomies (lefort 1 palate osteotomy and jaw osteotomy) they can be only performed in people who have severe malocclusions (overbite, underbite, gummy smile) or they severly lack forward growth of both palate and mandible.

I have an average recessed chin, no maxillofacial surgeon would ever pratice an ostotomy on my jaw. An implant would be the only way to improve my lower third
