No shit tats y u take k2 w d3 as well. Even vitamin B6 can cause side effects if u go high , so can copper , manganese , zinc, iron , chromium etc
The right way is sun exposure.
And you don't need much at all.
10 minutes a week is enough for real.

Many people have looked at it and this need for external intake is just fake news, not to say it will kill you on the long run.

I agree sun is ideal but low dose of d3 w k2 can bring levels baxk up. Mushrooms also can store d3 if u don’t want to take supps
