I eat 3k+ everyday with 400 g carbs macro

I take ashwaghanda to keep cortisol low , low carb diets always raise it for some reason

It's best to scale carbs with exercise

I just ate a whole watermelon. I feel so much better now. Felt like I was gonna explode before.

If u lift fruit is cope
Glycogen comes from complex carbs such as potatoes, rice, oats, millet etc.
Fruit is overrated

literally impossible to starve when you have it
Raw milk is damn good I use it in my breakfast or to prepare pancake

keto is ass just eat canned tuna and chicken with some healthy fats throughout the day and your good, pb and j is also nice

the only thing you mentioned that has carbs in it is the jelly and bread

Then dont eat it all the time lol, only do it once you can get your protein in form chicken breast or red meats. Just have a good diet and tuna and canned chicken come in clutch when cant get protein
