Im noticing some stalling now around 74kg.
My bodyfat percentage is around 13-14% rn.

Up until know I just ate eggs, sardines and lean beef and it worked almost effortlessly to get sub15%.

To lose the last 3 kg I will employ fat cycling

In practice this means for 3 days I will eat
- 1.5kg (3.3 lbs) of very lean ground beef 95/5

Followed by one day of refeeding on
- ground beef 80/20 and eggs

This way, you can support your hormones and energy levels by getting higher cholesterol and saturated fat intake every 4 days and still get to 10% bf.
