I'm not going to bore you out guys with details, what about the following for someone serious about Collagenmaxxing (I can expand on any of the following points for discussion):

- LIFESTYLE:

- High-quality sleep

- Stress/Cortisol minimization (Meditation/Cold showers/Breathing techniques)

- Diet (Low-inflammatory/LCHF/Moderate to high Protein): Favor Eggs/Animal protein for Proline/Hydroxyproline in high amounts

- Exercise (Resistance training/HIIT/Regular Cardio)

- Cold exposure (Cold showers)

- Heat exposure (Sauna)

- Fasting

- Microbiome optimization (Probiotics/Prebiotics)

- SUPPLEMENTATION:

- Hydrolyzed Collagen powder (debatable efficacy)

- Vitamin C/MSM

- Glycine

- MK-677/GH Peptides for Growth Hormone optimization

- Ghk-Cu

- Androgen optimization (High Test/High DHT/Normal-to-high Estrogen): For supplementation, Mesterolone (Proviron) 50mg daily might mimic high DHT levels and thus favor Collagen production, while not being suppressive (Might rape your hair, watching bloods is advised).

- EXOGENOUS ANDROGEN ADMINISTRATION (HIGH-RISK)

- Testosterone administration (16-20 week cycle): 150mg/up to 250 mg per week is good to bring Testosterone to the high end of physiological levels, or into low supraphysiological levels territory (1000-1500ng/dl) (More will bring about more side effects such as bloating, excessive hair loss, etc...)

- Concurrent use of a DHT derivative will favor good Collagen profile (Proviron/Masteron)

- Low e2 is a Collagen killer; Estrogen is good in reasonable amounts

- SKINCARE:

- Dermarolling

- Red Light Therapy

- Vitamin C Serum

- Sunscreen

- Tretinoin

- OTHER INTERVENTIONS

- Fraxel

Did I miss something? Interested in overall discussion

I'm recaping the ULTIMATE SKINCARE PLAN (with additions) (not only limited to Collagenmaxxing):

- General:

Daily (7/7)

A.M. :

Wash face with cold water

Wash face with warm water (not too hot) (Let it dry)

Witch hazel toner or ACV toner (ACV diluted in water)

Vitamin C serum

Sunscreen

P.M:

Tretinoin

Moisturizer (Coconut oil)

- Additions on a needed basis:

Hydroquinone on spots (for hyperpigmentation)

Bentonite Clay/ACV face mask

- Non-topical:

Microneedling (Dermaroller/Dermastamp)

Red Light Therapy (3x/week)

Fraxel laser

- Peptides:

GHRP-2/Ipamorelin with CJC-1295 subcutaneously (x3/week)

GHK-Cu subcutaneously (5mg/day)

Melanotan II (300mcg/week)

- Oral supplementation:

Hydrolyzed Collagen powder (30g/day)

Vitamin C (500mg twice a day)

MSM (3g daily)

Mk-677

- Hormonal:

(Goal is to keep High testosterone/Medium to high DHT/Medium to high Estrogen))

For Natties:

Proviron (50mg/day) (Bloodwork required)

Pregnenolone (200mg/day)

For Enhanced:

Good compounds for Collagen synthesis are:

Moderate to high Test (150-200mg/week)

Moderate Masteron (150-300mg/week)

Deca Durabolin

Equipoise

Anavar(25mg/day)

Primobolan

- General lifestyle recommendations:

Let's make no mistakes, none of the above will save any of us in the long-run if lifestyle isn't in check in the first place; the following is not optional if we're serious about looksmaxxing:

Diet (Low-carb and High-fat/Moderate to high protein/Avoid excess caloric intake)

Occasional caloric restriction

Occasional water fasting (3-5 days)

Intermittent fasting daily

Exercise daily (Resistance training/Cardio/HIIT)

Sleep(8-9h)

Cortisol optimization (Meditation/Exercise/Supplementation)

Cold exposure (Go outside/Cold showers)

Heat exposure (Sauna)

Sun exposure (frequent but short)

Growth hormone optimization (GH peptides/MK-677/Sleep/Anaerobic exercise/Fasting/Alpha-GPC)

- Misc notes on what I noticed on myself:

Tretinoin use might contribute to subcutaneous fat loss (undereye area)

Too high dose Melanotan II might contribute to moles formation

Use of MK-677 daily for weeks makes my face bloat up like a balloon

Great guide! Straight to the point.

May I ask you a couple of questions?

-What's your experience with methylene? I heard it's supposed to increase skin thickness?.
-Which peptide would you recomend for antiaging among all the ones you've mentioned?
-Do you use CoQ10 timeless serum for the matrixyl and hyaluronic acid or why did that product catch your atention?
-All the treatments (like PRP, etc) are well considered from what I've read. Have you ever tried any of them? What was your experience?
