Supplements are cope tbh, you better get your vitamins from food not from synthetic sources. I used to fap on them too, not telling that they're 100% useless but they wont make you significantly better

i agree. food sources are better, except a few where you get very little like viamim k1

Or you can just eat liver and shellfish once or twice a week and get literally all of your nutritional needs met. Liver is cheap but shellfish can be $$$. If youre skinmaxxing or healthmaxxing and youre not eating liver youre retarded tbh.
