already on day 4 @ 500mg DNP, im running out of caps tomorrow so hopefully my new shipment arrives
eating high protein, high carb, moderate fat
current diet is mostly ground beef, eggs, parmigiano reggiano, coke, milk, & gummy bears
All day i'm sipping on 3 liters of High Fructose corn syrup Coca cola & snacking on a few packs of organic gummy bears, my cortisol is extremely low even with all the walking im doing, doesn't feel like a burden at all & im never super out of breath. this is the best DNP cycle ive done by far.
starting weight 267lbs down to 260lbs already
im walking 140 minutes a day gonna try to up it to 200 minutes/day
when im at home i just focus on stretching and trying to fix my posture
I can easily lose 30+ lbs in 21 days TBH.
New cheat coke for DNP-maxxing is to drink coke all day and go for walks.
