if you are a 1/10 because you're fat with acne and a shitty buzzcut and disgusting patchy facial hair you have a lot to gain

if you are 1/10 because of absolute subhuman bones (NO GYM FOR BONES) then you're kinda fucked

in most cases sub3s have the most room for improvement.
they can improve by maybe 2psl points, while normies might only get .5 through softmaxxing
