Male working in Human Resourses?

I looked at stats and from what I see it is female dominated field. 80%+ of people working there are females. It is a field that I am kind of interested in working in even though Im a male. I am pretty good with people generally but do you guys think it is a bad idea to go in that field as a male? I am not going there to get female attention. I am actually worried that it is mostly female. You guys think its a bad idea to study for HR?
