how do u get chest like that just wtf mirin
depends on your strong point.if ur mind muscle connection is good with your chest u can build with pretty much db and regular benching.but most ppl are strong in shoulders and tris so isolating the chest earlier in the workout with flies etc. is a better bet.u can do following pre-exhaust routine for some good gains:
A1.db flies 3x12-15 15 sec rest
A2.neutral grip slight incline dumbbell bench 3x12-15 2 min rest back to A1.
focus on squeezing and initiating movement with pecs on both movements.
do the workout 4 times.
for workout 5 drop down to 4x6-8 and for workout 6 do 3x6-8 and change the routine.
