nah most likely bonesmashing, but they're not as radical as ops
Bonesmashing doesn’t work. It’s a retarded and dangerous cope.

my results last like 3 days and i do it once every week. mostly gonions. yeah it's dangerous but it's either that or it's jovah. if ur young do thumbpulling, i believe i'm seeing some results from that

The results you se are from swelling. Thumpulling is another cope.

no shit. it's literally the only thing that works and gives you results though. mewing is cope but it works for temporary hyoid lift, thumbpulling barely gives results... no looksmaxxing technique is actually legit in that it makes u chad. only normie advice like skincare, gym, eyebrow, dermaroll etc work and they only give you halo or .5+psl. this forum is mainly cope but we have to start somewhere and cope somehow

Surgery and leanmaxxing are the real looksmaxxing. Normie shit like haircut, grooming etc. Work to a certain extent.

not gonna work if u have a subhuman face tho. surgery is risky too. also how is bonesmashing dangerous again?
It can cause nerve damage. The results you see from bonesmashing are temporarily swelling, not bone growth. Wolfs law is highly misunderstood in this autistic community. Wel leanmaxxing will make a massive difference on most people and you will look always better lean than fat.

what will that result in?
Brain damage, looking even worse than before

shit ton of other stuff just for barely a mm of swelling

Lighting and very slight head tilt.

nah makes me look better, smash gonions only.

lowkey scared of this but i try to reduce my brain shaking by supporting my head with my hands
I mean long term you will look worse.

Oral minox, tret and leanmaxxing are the best softmaxxes.

Good skin, long and thick eyebrows and lashes and lean face.

then chin is the problem to fix
yeah, i actually have pretty good cheeknones naturally so only fixes i need are chin and hollow unde eyes

yknow I want to say its probably just aging.

*context : was ~120lbs at 6'1 at 19 - 20, started lifting at 21 and everything changed-- face, body, and personality.

from 18 to 23 for me, the change is night and day. Friends from the past hardly recognize me, and photos from an old iCloud drive reveal that, I too, barely recognize my younger self.

The skull itself doesn't stop growing for men until ~25(?) you can check me on that with some studies, but you can do the more esoteric route and think about how some men experience a 'glow up' in their 20s going from an "awkward, barely past looking like a teenager" stage to looking like they developed into a man. It is just how some people age yknow? It's natural, and should be expected. I now get mistaken as a 19 year old instead of a 16 year old.

I believe this to be a good thing. You don't want to look 30 at 30 do you? Or perhaps even older than your age? It was cool to have that when some guys were 15 and looked 18, but that will follow them as they age, leading to them looking older than they really are.

mayb mewing helped you, idk, I was never a mouth breather in the first place so my frame of reference is rather limited. Did you take up weight lifting by chance? put on any healthy weight? a change in diet? maybe you were malnourished beforehand; possibly you took up chewing (I think *maybe* chewing works, I do not know), or maybe you're experiencing the whole "growing into your frame / face" part of aging (which is a beautiful thing).

Who knows, yknow! Take it as it comes, and appreciate aging gracefully!

Much love

I was a chronic mouth breather so maybe I have more to gain. I’m actually only able to swallow and mew correctly on my right side which is the side I posted. The left side of my face has actually become more recessed while the right side has become slightly better. It’s interesting to see the difference in facial structure between the two sides of my face after 3 1/2 years of asymmetrical mewing. It’s clear that improper oral habits do have a negative effect on your face. I do believe the change that I showed here is most likely from aging. I think more important than mewing is just keeping your mouth shut at rest and swallowing symmetrically/correctly. Because there’s more possible negative change to be had by having bad oral habits rather then positive change from mewing.

yeah I mean we all suffer from some sort of asymmetry. My jaw, cheekbone, and eye on the left side all sit a little lower than my right, or are less robust? I don't pay it much mind since its natural, but I believe that your oral habits *do* play a major part in your facial development before everything is set in stone.

Correct it while you can, and as much as I am against surgery and fillers (personal philosophy), you can always do something under the knife to correct said asymmetry if it does bother you that much *after* you do what you can to correct it without having to go to a specialist.

What is your bite like? Midline of the teeth, etc.

cope, where's ur proof
No way you just asked for proof bone smashing 😭😭 everyone knows it as just a meme and obviously constant tension on your skull is going to make asymmetry and facial damage

I remember reading that bonesmashing your gonions is not a good idea because of nerve damage and it's also a sensitive area. If I was you I'd chew instead of bonesmashing.

Where to get tret in Europe?
Skinorac, alldaychemist. Tret is pretty easy to get but you'd have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to arrive.

The midline of my teeth is perfectly straight but it’s hard to tell cause I a bit of an overbite. My jaw clearly deviates to the left. I think this is because the left side of my jaw/mandible is shortening or moving backwards.

nerve damage

protected or if the procedure involves a direct impact to the nerve. Some of the common dental procedures that can cause damage to the inferior alveolar nerve include tooth extractions, dental implants, root canals, and jaw surgery.

idk man it doesn't even look close to the gonion

what does that result in? why should i care even if that happens?
It could lead to facial paralysis JFL, plus it's also not a nice feeling.

learned that shit from astrosky back in 2018-19. idk man the swelling looks good and lasts a couple days. alternative is looking shit.

You dont look better by just getting some swelling bro and even if u did it's not worth the damage over time
