When I looked at Lima's and Kroe's pics individually I initially thought that Lima fogged. Although, when I watched them side by side, I thought that Kroe fogged. Therefore I think that the pictures aren't that comparable.

You're right that this person's jaw is okay just by judging relative to lips/nose or even cranium but her whole midface is recessed and her cranium has terrible growth as well. You're comparing apples to pears. Of course forward growth is a nuanced thing but you can't deny that both absolute length of the jaws as well as relative projection of the jaw to the cranium matters, and that Lima is definitely lacking in the latter.
