Alcoholism as a physical condition does exist, but most of what people like to think about as alcoholism in all likeliness isn't even a real thing. Normies are retarded and blindly believe everything current social norms tell them. A century and a half ago people drank 2-3x as much and nobody thought anything of it. Now you are considered to have a "condition" if you drink more than 2 drinks a couple of times a week. All the while we have hobos drinking a liter of hard spirits every day and still living for decades on end.
Fact of the matter is, if you aren't experiencing the physical side effect of alcohol dependence (nasty withdrawal symptoms etc) then odds are you are just fine. JFL at not enjoying the more entertaining parts of life because you are scared of a premature death. The alcohol taboo (or even just the drug taboo in general) is largely bullshit hysteria.
