CHILLI PEPPER
Fun to eat, can be added to so many meals and are extremely nutritious, what more could you ask for? They are also relatively easy to grow at home.
LIVER
Okay okay, it probably tastes like shit but holy fuck these things are ridiculously nutrient dense and cheap. Just don’t go overboard as it’s very high in Vit A and Copper.
GARLIC
Similar to chilli peppers, can be added to so many meals and tastes great. No real downsides if you’re using a normal amount.
OLIVE OIL
A staple of the Mediterranean diet for good reason. Simply makes salads taste better and is healthy.
LUPIN BEANS
A contender for the best plant-based source of protein. Especially useful if you’re vegetarian.
ALMONDS
Super easy to just grab a handful and snack on them, no effort required to reap the benefits.
POMEGRANATE
Not only slept on in terms of nutrition, but they taste great. Basically natures version of sweet n sour lollies.
