JFL if you actually believe this. Like 90% stop growing at 16 and rest grow slow until 18. Some very rare cases may grow until 21 but I've never known anyone who has. To 23? Fuck no, unless you're some type of medical exception.

I can't even say it's all genetics. It's definitely not all genetics since environment is a factor. But there's so many unknown factors involved and so much mystery that it's most rational to say that it's random. The long HMGA2 gene has such a minimal impact on adult height compared to other variations of the same gene. Like a 0.3cm difference on average. If someone has a growth spurt in their late teens, it's definitely not something they controlled or caused. The reasons for adult height just haven't been discovered yet. Nobody has a clue. I don't have a clue, nobody does. Anyone who thinks they can control their height growth absolutely through some protocol is just kidding themselves.
