This rotating straight bar mogs because it blocks wrist flexion

It rotates while you push down the bar so you stay at a neutral angle, hammering the triceps.

I suggestion trying it out over ropes, you can load way more weight:feelshmm:

dont try it over ropes, try it as well as ropes.

use straight bar for targetting the long head and also use rope for targetting the lateral head

Isn't it basically the same rom as with a straight bar? I like it more because it puts less weight on my wrists.

the one you circled activates lateral head more

ropes are just copes because 90% of people don't execute the exercise correctly and and up moving their elbows and fucking up their elbows

I love just a regular store bought rope a lot, I dont mean the normal rope used In gyms, I just mean a piece of cut rope that you could kill yourself with
