My metabolism has greatly increased since eating 85% less PUFA and increasing carbs

I used to get by with barely eating, and I was doing sports. Now I just sit and do research in my room and eat a low PUFA and high carb diet and my metabolism is insane. I eat copious amounts of food and almost never am satisfied. When I eat so much I get full, I am hungry again an hour later. Ived gained 5-8 lbs or so but am still lean.

Depends on what’s available, but always minimally processed. Some days sugar and others starch. Sugar from fruit and starch from roots or rice

Make sure that you get enough DHA. Even though peat was not a fan of PUFAs i believe that DHA is essential :

I should be getting enough from butter being an adult, I reckon. If I get symptoms of deficiency, I’ll start eating eggs regularly.
