You’ll notice I’ve attached quite a few looksmaxxing points, you definitely have potential and can reach atleast a 7/10, which would put you in the top 10% of men, and maybe even 8/10 (Top 1%).
To cut straight to the point you are a

These are your best features:
1) Good facial definition and low bf%
2) Clear skin
3) Almond eye shape
4) Good eyebrow thickness
5) Good hair thickness and texture
6) Good hairline
7) Ideal lip thickness
8) Refined nose
9) Long ramus
10) Straight mandible
These are your worst features in order of importance:
1) Large midface ratio – the ideal is 1:1, yours is closer to 1.1:1, which
gives a slightly elongated horse face appearance
2) Large eye orbits
3) Low set cheekbones
4) These last 2 flaws are also causing eye bags beneath your eyes
5) Thin neck - dont underestimate this
6) Chin is not forwardly projected enough
7) Negative eyebrow tilt
These are my short-term looksmaxxing recommendations:
1) Start training your neck, your neck is too thin at the moment and
isn’t masculine
2) Haircut is good, it suits your skull shape, so keep the same.
3) I’ve previously rated another guy who was similar to you. He also
lacked chin projection and grew a goatee to give the illusion of a
more pronounced chin. I think you should follow suit in order to give
the illusion of a more pronounced and forwardly grown chin
4) Gym gym gym, you’re already fairly low bf% so there isn’t an issue
there. However you are slightly too slim, you need a little more
muscle to have an attractive body. This could be partially genetic but
there are things you can do to increase muscle mass if you haven’t
tried them already. These Include: being in a calorific surplus,
hypertrophy training (6-12 rep exercises), taking creatine power.
5) Style is good, keep the same, stick with casual wear, basic t-shirts,
jeans trousers etc.
6) Usually I’d write 7-8 points on looksmaxxing here but I honestly
don’t have anymore looksmaxxing advice for you – seems you’ve
done most of it already, well done & keep it up.
These are my mid/long-term looksmaxxing recommendations:
1) Surgery wise I wouldn’t recommend anything as I don’t think it’s
needed
2) You haven’t mentioned your age but I’m guessing you’re in your
low 20s at the moment and I was going to say you look quite young, I
think you face still has a bit of development to go and you should
reach atleast 6.5 (maybe 7) by your late 20s at your peak. So make
sure you spend the next couple years on self-improvement then look
at dating in your prime
3) You’re a good looking guy – top 25% of what I’ve rated so far. You
don’t need to worry about any extreme measures such as South East
Asia or single mothers. I can see all 3 environments working for you
(Warm, cold, Online) so the choice is yours really depending on what
your looking for and what your personality is suited to
(intro/extroverted), I’d give all 3 a go as that would give you the
widest number of options.
