im off it rn but i used to take 30mg xr in the morning to get me thru school and it worked well but the comedown is really bad
also no appetite at all pretty much so good if u wanna leanmaxx ig
definitely energy++ focus++ motivation+++ but u have to use it on the right things its very easy to be laser focused in useless tasks just because
