Plenty of ice cubes (the more ice, the more volume)
250g of milk of your choice
75g of low fat Greek yoghurt
2 bananas (nonnegotiable)
150g of frozen strawberries (can be any berry or fruit tbh, but strawberries are the best imo)
60g of protein powder (any vanilla or banana flavor works best)
Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Put it all in a blender and let it spin.
That's it.
It yields me a little over 2L of volume (more if you let it let it mix for longer, but my container is 2L).
Calories range from 500-600 depending on what type of milk and yoghurt you use.
Super delicious. Always have trouble finishing it because of the huge volume. It has made dieting a big joke tbh.
