Well that was acctualy my second surgery. First was in march 2019 - Jaw extension. And in december main surgery. Double jaw surgery + genio + liposuction.

Try not to eat anything all day and then have a bigger meal at night of around 1400 calories
Its hard but its worth it, you look subhuman with all that fat
