i go gym two times a week to do 3 compound excercises and also to hit legs (i know i neglect them alot but honestly i couldn't give two shits about having big legs, i just want an aesthetic proportioned body and my legs currently are like two thick muscular drumsticks connected to a skinny body) the other 3 days i do at home, i have calisthetics equipment + dumbells with weights going up to 15kg on both and on one dumbell i can max out i think around 30-40kg which i probably wont need for years. this routine works best for me because it fits into my busy schedule, currently i have exam period so im skipping the gym but im still doing the at home excercises

each excercise takes me 30-40mins to complete with gymdays being around 1hour-1hour30mins depending on how lucky i am
