To improve coloring , I need vitamin c, glutathione, beta carotene, lycopene etc.
We can buy supplements for it but I wanted to know some natural sources for obtaining it and are they worth it?
Like how many tomatoes and carrots would I need to eat to get effect
I am asking this because we can't continue supplements for our whole lives but we can surely have a good diet
