Im posting this again because it didnt get the recognition it deserved, anyway to start this thread, babies have that little thing right cause the parents hold em n shit when they are young. It determines head shape n all cause flat head babies n people had gravity pulling on them making them grow downwards. But what if we grew towards the source? Like a plant.
So the method is sleeping upside down, hanging by your roof. Now it sounds retarded but i have proof this will probably work.
Gravity. It pulls you into the earth which compresses your spine and your body has to fight the gravity to grow up and taller. People who are taller have bodies that fight the gravity better.
So if you are upside down you will grow up, or down the way the gravity is pulling.
This will make you grow towards the earths gravity which will make your body less stress since you are growing towards the gravity like a plant. And its also decompresses your spine cause your hanging by your feet.
Since you also sleep 1/3 of your life whilr you do this you will grow and decompress for 1/3 of your life, which will make you way taller.
Im not sure if this will work for fatcels but all you should need are some screws to screw a bracket into the roof for like one of those hanging chair things. Then just get some ankle straps and a ladder, find a way to attach your legs to the ankle strap then just push the ladder and go to sleep, easy.
To get down just use your core strength and undo the ankle straps or use a remote controller to remotely release the hooks like the things they use in those toy grappling machines
