Well he wouldn’t be recessed anymore, tbh i only looked at the first pic, if you’re recessed like he is you should get bimax as your first major surgery, looking at the others its a decent result but if he had underwent a well planned bimax then i think the results could have been twice as good.

He would've had a forward set mouth and all the aesthetic benefits that brings - smaller nostrils, forward maxilla, improved cheek countours, no deep submental fold etc..
