So I was reading about chewing the other day, and someone said that since the masseters atacches to the zygomatic arch, chewing tenses the amsseters and thug brihns the cheekbones down and lower set
Then, I got an idea!
What if we emulate the opposite of chewing, Lewing, to make the cheekbones higher!
LEWING
OPen your mouth over and over again, and the point at which you stop the rep should be as far as you go, unhinging the jaw (not literally).
THis will scretch the masseter muscle, and as the Masseter muscle scretches, it will push the cheekbones/zygoma away!
