Mike mentzer used to say "you only need 1 set to failure to grow" so i will apply this to my legs to see if its larp or good advice, today is the 4th time i trained legs in 3 months so i will start doing legs twice a week mike mentzer style workouts with obly 4 exercises for legs (squats, rumanian deadlifts, hip thrust and calve raises) View attachment IMG_20240215_001125.jpg
