Orbital fracture at young age stopped maxila+zygo growth?

Took a big hit at probably 12 in the undereye area ( forehead to the orbital). I know for sure it was fractured but doctors didnt do much about it, no surgery was performed. It seems my left side has more forward growth compared to my right, better unddereye support plus more pronounced zygo. Am i fucked? My nose and lips seem to bend to the right. I never noticed it till i had my passport pic taken. Noone ever noticed it either, ofc its more pronounced in the pictures because of the lens

For some reason pics cant seem to load but if you click on them you should be able to see. Ill take some better photos tmr outside with natural light
 
Yeah that seems to be it. Can this be fixed @surgeoncels? Typical lefort wont do it

Pretty hard to tell from a few meters, ignore the awkward smile. Its the autism
