Their mechanism of action is fairly simple…it reduces gastric emptying time significantly AKA forces food to stay in your stomach. They also initiate more insulin production by beta cells in the pancreas (the cells whose job it is to produce insulin)

There is something revolting and sinister with these drugs. Doesn’t it gross you out that the reason why you’re full and are repulsed by eating food is because these drugs are turning an 8 hour bodily process into a 24 hour one? How can that possibly be healthy??
