I think, I might have found some explanation for:

Why above average and good looking people place more importance on personality?

In general, above average looking people concern more about the importance of personality. And often advice ugly and normie people, to work on the personality (LOL).

Well, I came across a study, and found why this bias might exist in them, and how that their life-experience might have played a role in their opinion.

Conclusion study: High attractive people get 2 times as much positive evaluation/benifits from positive personality traits; compared to low attractive people

1. If you are good looking, you get alot of Bonus points, extra attractiveness points. When you have positive personality traits!
   
   That can cause good looking people to think, that good personality traits, will have the same "high-ish" positive effect on ugly people.
   
   
2. If you are ugly looking, you get less/limted Bonus points, extra attractiveness points. When you have positive personality traits!
   
   That can cause incel/ugly looking people to think, that good personality traits, will have the same "low/non-existened" effect on attractive people.

That, psotive personality matters some.
But also, that positive personality traits help a good looking person: mcuh much more (aka 2x more).

So a dude that looks like a 7.5/10 irl. He can ascend with positive personality traits to like an overall 8.5.
Wehereas a dude that is a 4/10 irl. He can ascend with positive personality traits to like an overall 4.5 if he's lucky. So it helps him little/less.

I don't know much about personality.
The only things I seen/observed. And read that matters postively a little bit as personality traits are:
* extraversion high (low in intreversion thus)
* low in neuroticism/nervousnouss (aka, more relaxed, more comfortable, not anxious easily or at all)
* kindness/firendlyness

That's the only 3 personality traits I know, have been tested to correlate. The rest of personalty traits don't matter much or nothing, I guess.

The actual reasons are:

1: Attractive people usually only get involved with other attractive people, and among themselves, personality does matter, it's what makes a difference.
