If you have strong prescription glasses and wanna wear glasses there are many thi gs you have to consider
The width of the lenses in relative to your fwhr or temples
The width of the bridge
The shape of the lenses
The frame shape
The manipulation of the thickness of the edges of the lenses with high myopic prescription by selecting smaller lenses and rounder or rectangular in shape. The axis of the lenses on where the thickness of the lenses can be seen.
Anti reflective anti glare coat
The compresssion of the lenses with 1.67 /1.74
The nosepad type(the closer the lenses to the eyes the less distortion due to physic)
