6 months for ortho treatment, no fat grafts or nothing just a Bimax with genio and a small bone graft inserted in the tip of my nose

I am recessed but miraculously am not ugly. You wouldn't "think" I have a recessed jaw based on my face unless you were already some aspie that knew about jaw surgery.
