Planing surgery or relaying on surgeon instict during surgery

Imagine your surgeon tells you screw planning bimax in 3d programs and say he will relay on eye observation,feeling,instict during surgery

Of course that kind of surgery(bimax,genio,implan5s) is couple dozens dollars cheeper than thoose who have 3d planing

When i did genio(3000e)...i didnt do 3d planing but relayed on surgeon insticts and feeling (it went well to be honest)

It was 2 years ago...i still cant feel 15% of my chin and 35% of lower lip...
Goes with territory i guess....recovery was fine.. genio istn big deal to be honest...it feel likes minor surgery compared to jaw angles implants i did

probably, but might be better with a smaller genio + implants. usually 12 mm combined is the most surgeons are comfortable doing.
10 + 10 is quite steep
